DUBAI: Al Zorah Development Company, a joint venture between the Government of Ajman and Solidere International, has announced a strategic partnership with Four Seasons to open a luxury beachfront resort in Al Zorah, Ajman.

The new Four Seasons Resort Ajman at Al Zorah is slated for completion in 2026.

This marks Four Seasons’ latest expansion in the UAE and is set to elevate hospitality standards in the northern emirates.

Located just 25 minutes from Dubai International Airport, the resort will transform an existing site with extensive upgrades, including reimagined public spaces and refined accommodations. George Saad, CEO of Al Zorah Development Company, stated the resort aims to blend the area's natural beauty with luxury, making it a global destination for discerning travellers.

Luxury by design

The resort will feature 74 rooms and suites alongside 23 private villas, all with panoramic views from their own terraces. Designed to integrate seamlessly with Al Zorah’s rich natural landscape, the architecture combines modern elegance with lush gardens and direct beach access. Guests will enjoy exclusive amenities such as an 85-metre infinity pool divided into zones for adults and children, a state-of-the-art fitness centre, and full-service spa facilities.

Experiences and nature

Beyond relaxation, the resort offers immersive experiences including curated diving excursions, family-focused children’s programmes, and eco-guided tours of Al Zorah’s protected mangrove forests and creek. A key attraction is the nearby Al Zorah Golf and Yacht Club, boasting an 18-hole championship course designed by golf legend Jack Nicklaus.

World-class dining

The culinary offering will be a major highlight, with restaurants and lounges catering to diverse tastes. Guests can dine on international cuisine at a sea-facing signature restaurant, unwind at a beach bar and grill, or savour Italian dishes that fuse local ingredients with classic flavours.

Bart Carnahan, President of Global Business Development at Four Seasons, noted that the partnership reflects a shared vision to deliver unmatched luxury.
